UAPL Assessment Overview

The Class A UAPL Assessment is conducted in accordance with CAAS requirements for candidates seeking Class A Unmanned Aircraft Pilot Licence (UAPL) issuance for rotorcraft operations up to 25kg.

Candidates will be assessed on pre-flight planning and preparation, airspace and operational awareness, aircraft inspections, manual flight manoeuvres without GNSS assistance, emergency procedure handling, post-flight actions, and overall airmanship.

Once the result has been reflected, candidates may proceed to submit their UAPL application through CAPELS at https://capels.caas.gov.sg
