AI Literacy Tools is designed for beginners with little to no prior AI or coding experience, helping learners build a strong foundation in using Generative AI effectively. AI for the Workforce is better suited for learners who already have some experience with AI and want to progress into more advanced applications such as low-code automation, workflow design, and agentic AI. If you are new to AI, we recommend starting with AI Literacy Tools first to build the foundational skills and confidence needed before progressing to AI for the Workforce.

No. Learners will be provided with a high-quality PC equipped with all the necessary software and tools for the course, so there is no need to bring your own laptop.

The course introduces Large Language Models and includes hands-on practice with Generative AI platforms such as Leonardo.AI for visual content and Suno.AI for AI-generated audio and music.

No. The course goes beyond text generation. Learners explore how Generative AI can support text, images, video and audio, including practical exercises using multimedia Generative AI tools.

The skills can be applied to tasks such as drafting emails and reports, summarising information, brainstorming ideas, developing content plans, creating marketing concepts, preparing FAQs and producing AI-assisted visual content.

You will be able to identify appropriate workplace uses for Generative AI, develop simple AI-assisted content plans, create and refine effective prompts, evaluate AI-generated outputs and apply responsible AI practices before using or publishing them.

The 15-minute practical assessment evaluates your ability to apply prompt-engineering techniques, test and refine AI outputs, and assess the results against audience needs, communication objectives and responsible AI considerations.
