Absolute Kinetics Consultancy Pte Ltd (AKC) started from one man and was founded by Engineer Fang Koh Look, in 2001. Our early business focus was on ISO Systems and Safety Consultancy services. Over the years, AKC had foreseen the potential opportunities and had evolved itself dynamically to suit the fast-changing markets. Since then it has diversified its businesses into Safety & Skills Training, and Property Investments. AKC's business concepts capitalize on “One Stop Solutions Provider” to various customers or ecosystems.
1. Safety & Skills Training
AKC is approved by the Ministry of Manpower to be an Accredited Training Provider (ATP) to conduct Workplace Safety and Health courses.
AKC also offers the following:

Absolute Kinetics Consultancy Pte Ltd has embarked on a journey to improve our internal processes and to provide a satisfactory experience for our learners.
We have, since, obtained Learning Services for Non-Formal Education And Training certification of ISO 29990:2010, on 20th of May 2015 by Certification International and Singapore Accreditation Council.
This implementation of ISO 29990 standard for Learning Service Provider will result in the following benefits:

2. Environmental, Health, Safety and Quality (EHSQ) Consultancy
Since 2001, AKC has been providing consultancy services in the areas of EHSQ. To date, AKC has successfully assisted many clients in adopting Management Systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 as as other management systems.

Mr. Fang Koh Look is the Executive Chairman to Absolute Kinetics Consultancy (AKC) Pte Ltd.
Mr. Fang spearheads and charts the progress of the company in both long and short term plans. He reviews all financial aspects of the organisation and plans and creates initiatives to advance the organization. Mr. Fang also provides leadership and key business initiatives and market practices to keep abreast of competition in adherence to public policies and the organisational mission, vision and values. He also led in the launch of new business ventures and succession planning. Mr. Fang brings with him more than 28 years of management, consultancy & training experience.
Mr. Fang holds a Masters’ of Science in Safety, Health & Environment Technology from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering from Nanyang Technological University. He is a Fellow, Institution of Engineers of Singapore (FIES) and has served as an Adjunct Associate Professor at the Engineering Faculty of National University of Singapore, on Safety, Health and Environmental management areas.
In 2014, Mr. Fang was awarded the Rotary Singapore – Association of Small & Medium Enterprises (ASME) “The Entrepreneur of the Year Award (EYA)”. He was conveyed the “Nanyang Alumni Achievement Award” by Nanyang Technological University in the same year for his contributions towards the university. As honorary alumni, he sits as the Chairman of the school advisory committee of Anderson Junior College and Anderson Serangoon Junior College.
Mr. Tang Chung Leng, Tony

Mr. Tang Chung Leng, Tony is the Chief Executive Officer to Absolute Kinetics Consultancy (AKC) Pte Ltd.
Mr. Tang in his capacity manages day to day operational matters and is responsible for all business activities in the organization. He is also the figurehead of the organization and interacts closely with external stakeholders. Mr. Tang is responsible in implementing and developing business strategies, formulating internal work processes and controls to ensure competence of the organization. Mr. Tang also acts as a direct liaison between board and management level and helms various departments in the organization. He is also a director in the training and management department; overseeing all training processes and its services provided by the organization.
Mr. Tang graduated with Bachelors of Science in General Management from the University of London, United Kingdom. He brings with him 20 years of general management and auditing experience.
Mr. Kang Chong Sin
BBA (Arkansas – USA)
Mr. Kang Chong Sin is the Financial Controller to Absolute Kinetics Consultancy (AKC) Pte Ltd.
Mr. Kang in his capacity oversees all financial matters within the organization. He provides leadership and advice on essential financial reporting functions in management reports, audits, tax, budgeting and financial/operational costing and controls. Mr. Kang manages all internal monetary performance and measures to ensure compliance with financial laws and regulations. He prepares short and long term financial forecasts for the organizations and develops financial policies and procedures to comply with statutory requirements. He is also a director in the customer service department; overseeing all client services provided by the organization.
Mr. Kang graduated with Bachelors in Business Administration from the Arkansas University in the United States. He brings with him 30 years of administration experience in management and customer service.
Mr. Alvin Yap

Mr. Yap, Alvin is the HR/CC Manager to Absolute Kinetics Consultancy (AKC) Pte Ltd.
Mr. Alvin Yap is responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resources, General Administrative and corporate communication within the organization. He provides advice on compensation & benefits, manpower planning & recruitment, employee relations & communications, media relations, legal compliances and affairs, staff training & development, performance management system & its review, reward & recognition programs.
Mr. Yap holds a Bachelors of Psychology (Industrial & Organizational) from the University of Queensland (Australia). He brings with him 15 years of human resources and administrative management experience.
Our PDP policy
We ensure that our customer’s personal data are protected and dealt with utmost care in guidelines with Personal Data Protection Act. Access, to participants information, is limited only to relevant internal staffs.
Our internal policy restricts the disclosure of participant’s information to any third party, except the relevant parties or government authorities.
All relevant information (data) will be kept at least for 2 years as per MOM, SSG and learning service provider requirements and will be discarded appropriately with care.
