This course is tailored for professionals within the expansive retail and wholesale industry, such as store owners, brand managers, digital marketers, and social media executives/managers, as well as individuals aiming to elevate their social media skills set.

You will gain a comprehensive understanding of how to leverage Digital Marketing as a powerful tool for business growth. You’ll learn the strategic value of using Digital Marketing for business and the essential tools required for success. You’ll master filming techniques and video editing using CapCut to create engaging, high-performing content. Additionally, you’ll explore how to use Digital Marketing analytics to guide content strategy, run targeted ad campaigns, and maximize visibility. The course also covers how to use livestreaming features to engage audiences in real time and drive sales.

Course Outcomes

By the end of the course, you will be able to:

  1. Strategic Platform & Algorithm Mastery
    Analyze the key differences between TikTok and other social media platforms. You will demonstrate an understanding of core platform mechanics, including algorithms, content distribution, and engagement features, to position your brand for maximum reach.
  2. Content Creation & Production Essentials
    Master effective content curation techniques and apply effective content creation techniques to produce engaging short-form content. This includes understanding the required software, hardware, and essential filming techniques.

    Utilize TikTok’s native analytics tools to track content performance, derive actionable insights, and accurately interpret data. This module empowers you to make informed decisions for continuous improvement.
  6. Target Audience Segmentation
    Develop expertise in identifying and segmenting target audiences through TikTok analytics. You will learn to understand how different demographics and interests influence your content’s tone, format, and style to build lasting customer relationships.
  7. Managed Advertising Campaigns

  • Learners shall minimally (assumed) have the following skills and knowledge WPLN4 – English – Level 4 for reading, listening, speaking and writing)

Target Audience:

Assessment Format & Duration

  • 1 Trainer : 1 Learner
  • Practical Assessment – 15 minutes
  • Oral Questionings – 15 minutes

Passing Criteria

  • Learners are required to achieve a 100% score for the assessment (Written and Oral) in order to attain a “Competent” grade.
  • In addition, 100% attendance is mandatory to complete the course.

Learners are eligible for SSG training grants only if they pass the course. Those who fail the assessment will not qualify for course funding.
